LONG, Enid Jeanette (nee Weed) – With gratefulness to God for blessing us with a beloved mother and grandmother who passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 22, 2017 in her 99th year. Enid was born on Foss Road, Pelham Township on April 16, 1919. Predeceased by her loving husband Bill (1998) an her infant daughter. She is survived by her daughter Valerie (Peter) and her grandsons Pete, Matthew and Brendan. Enid was an accomplished pianist. She served as a Corporal in the Red Cross and nursed at the St. Catharines General Hospital during the war years. She was a sixty year member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority….
