Life Story for Emilio Fausto Zannuti
ZANNUTI, Emilio Fausto – It is with very broken hearts that we announce the passing of Emilio Fausto Zannuti on Sunday December 3, 2017, at the age of 62. Beloved son of Filomena (Martelli) Zannuti; brother of Pieranna Rampado, brother-in-law of the late Alfred Rampado. Emilio “Zio Minnie” leaves behind his nieces Alicia (Sean McQueen), Daniela (Michael Fragomeni) and his nephew Rob (Rachel Morse). He was predeceased by his grandparents Antonio and Teresina Martelli. Emilio was a Registered Practical Nurse with St. Elizabeth Homecare for the past six years and before that worked at various long term care facilities in the Niagara Region and Grimsby. An amazing and devoted nurse, he was loved and respected by all his patients and colleagues, and will definitely be missed by all who knew him.
Emilio is at the MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, where his family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. The Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to Project Share.
