Elisabeth Wulff, born June 1st 1933, passed away peacefully on March 22nd 2017, during her 84th year. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 66 years Hartwig Wulff, her sons Axel & wife Janet Wulff of Waterloo, Uwe & wife Cynthia Wulff of Manheim, and daughter Jane & husband Ulrich Kaempfe of Hanover. As well as her four grandchildren Jessica & Julie Wulff, and Katarina & Christian Kaempfe.
Elisabeth was active in her community, having sat on the Durham Town Council Planning Board for many years, she was a member of the Harmony Club in Hanover, and of The Canadian Owners and Pilots Association. She also volunteered at Hanover Heights Community School, as a representative of The Saugeen Stamp Club, one of her most favourite past times. Students at the Egremont Mennonite School often looked forward to her delivery of donated ice skates. She was also a long time member and participant in the Grey County Women’s institute.
She will be missed dearly by friends, family and loved ones. Following her wishes, there will not be a funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grey Bruce Palliative Care Unit or the Saugeen Stamp Club would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
