Peacefully passed away, surrounded by her family, at the Hamilton General Hospital, on November 23, 2017 at the age of 94. Reunited with her beloved husband Ben. Loving mother of Bernard (Karen), John (Ann-Marie), Janice, Joe (Jennifer). Cherished Babcia of Jason (Susan), Adam (Amy), Brian (Anna), Christopher (Lindsay), Melissa (Kent) and Kate. Big Babcia of Brynlee, Avery, Ben, Easton and Sutton. Eleanor will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday from 4-8 pm with Rosary at 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 128 Edgemont Street South, on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 11am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
