It is with great sadness that we must notify friends and family that Elaine Dumoulin passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday May 14th, 2017 after her struggle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Raoul. Loving mother of Marie (Ray), John (Louise), and Michelle. Elaine also raised Jason Dumoulin, Raoul’s son, who also had six other children. Elaine will be greatly missed by her dear companion of 10 years, Mel Wilson. Elaine loved nothing more than to spend her time with her children and grandchildren, Angel (Jesse), D.J. (Alisha), Michael (Julie) Amanda (Jesse), Baylee (Joe), Cortny, Josh and Erika. Elaine felt so blessed when her six great-grandchildren came along, Veronika, Aryanna, Jesse, Caius, Emberly, Nathan and Aiden. She was born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia to Rita (Russell) and Henry Arsenault. Of her 12 siblings, she is survived by eight brothers and three of her four sisters. Elaine enjoyed
