Obituary for Edward James “ED” Way
Way, Edward James-
Retired Deloro Stellite & Steven Adamson (Foundry Manager)
Loving husband of Freda Way (nee Jeffs).
Beloved father of Linda Steveson (Bill), Louanne Melburn (Leonard) and James Way (Shelly).
Proud grandfather to Jason (Jamie), John (Vicki), Jill (Jeff), Tim (Samantha), Joshua, Nikki, Breanna and great grandfather to Chelsea, Jaxson and Alexander.
He is survived by his sisters Dorothy Godbout and Betty Lewis. He is predeceased by his brothers Samuel Way and Rick Coutts and Sister Helen Reid, Ed is also survived by his brother- in- law and sister – in – law; Charles Jeffs (Marlene), James Jeffs (Pat), Jack Jeffs (Barbara) and Beverly Thompson (Gord), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his in-laws; Peggy McGuire, Marion Childerhose, Eileen Martin, Lillian Middleton, Harry Jeffs and Betty Long.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ed’s Life will be held at JOHN R BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville, (613) 968-5588 on Thursday, December 21st 2017 at 1:00 pm. If desired, Donations to Toronto Sick Kids, Toronto or Belleville Hospital Foundation (Medicine Floor) are appreciated.
