KINNEY, Edward Dorne – of Quispamsis, NB. Passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, October 1, 2017, at the age of 71. Edward was born in Upper Kent, NB., On Feb. 3, 1946. He was the Son of the late Victor and Gertrude Kinney. He is survived by his wife, Shirley L. (Thornton) Kinney, Four sons, Dwayne Kinney of Woodstock, NB, Kirk (Cindy) Kinney of Woodstock, NB, Mark Kinney of Bath, NB, and JEF Cronkhite of Saint John, NB, Three daughters Lisa Kinney of Florenceville/Bristol, NB, Michelle Petite of Saint John, NB and Angela (Rob) Meagher of Quispamsis, NB. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren, Brothers John, David, and Kelly, Sisters, Leola, Donna, Jennie and Nettie, Several nieces and nephews. Edward enjoyed sports with his two grandsons, Andrew and Josh. Besides his parents, Edward was pre-deceased by two brothers, Gerald and Wayne and two sisters Lillian and Gail. Edward is resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with visiting on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Richard Bruce will be officiating, with interment in Waterville, York County, NB. www.scottfh.com
