Died at his home at West Lake Terrace, Picton, on Wednesday November 29th, 2017. Ed Dickinson, born in England, formerly of Toronto and Kingston, at the age of 76. Ed spent his later years at West Lake where he became a valued extended family member to many. He will be deeply missed by many of the staff and residents, especially Candy Johnson whom he affectionately called “Frenchy” and Sharon Balsys who fed him ice cream at every shift. Many will fondly remember his love for Judy Garland and Elvis songs. Mr. Dickinson was interred at Cherry Valley Cemetery on December 1st, 2017. A Celebration of Ed’s life will be held at West Lake Terrace on Wednesday December 6th at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. The Reverend Bob Scrivens officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton.
