CAMERON, Edmund – Mr. Edmund Cameron at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Thursday November 9, 2017 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (née MacDonell) Cameron. Loved father of Sherry MacDonald (Andrew), Shawn Cameron (Jennifer), and Heather Latreille (Kurtis). Sadly missed by his 6 grandchildren Joshua, Noah, Liam, Megan, Cameron and Emma. Loved son of the late Edmund and Irene (née Cain) Cameron. Survived by his sister Elizabeth Wolfe; predeceased by his siblings Mac Cameron, Kathleen Wood, Ursula Cleary, Helen Lepage, Joan Bates, and Barbara Douglas. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ed loved family around, his beloved Maple Leafs, a cold Blue and a good game of euchre …. which that he usually won. To honour his wishes there will be no visitation. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in the St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church 434 Second Street, West, Cornwall on Tuesday November 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Rite of Committal at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall. If so desired contributions in his memory to Cornwall Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
