With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father,
grandfather, and friend, Dr. Dominic Man Sun Leung on November 23, 2017.
Dominic is survived by his loving wife, Lillian; son, Anthony (Lily);
daughters, Janice, Diane (Boris), and Katherine (Clemens); two
grandchildren, Ryan and Alyssa; sisters, Wanda, and Frances (Bruce); as
well as many loving nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank Dr. Philip Leong-Sit, the Cross Cancer Institute,
and the Palliative Care Unit at the Edmonton General Hospital for their
excellent care.
A Visitation will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017, at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Donations can be made in memory of Dr. Dominic Leung to the Covenant
Foundation (Facility: Edmonton General Hospital Palliative Care Unit).
