EVERETT (HOAR), Dorothy Lyle 86, passed away on March 2, 2017 in the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Broadlands, QC, daughter of the late Hanibal and Ida (Furlotte) Hoar. She moved to Montreal at an early age and commenced a 16-year career with the Royal Bank. During this time she met and married her loving husband, Elwyn “Red”. Over the years and, in addition to Montreal, they lived in Halifax, Dartmouth and St. John’s, NL. She is survived by daughters, Heather (Bernard) Martin, St. John’s and Brenda Everett, Toronto; sisters, Avis Cole, Mary (Robert) Stokes and Carol (Ian) Mann; brothers, Vernon (Judy) Hoar and Hollis Hoar….
