Donald ” Donnie” Joseph Thynne, 29, of Enfield, Hants County, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017 at home. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Christine (Howard) Hopewell and the late Robert Thynne.
Donald loved spending time with his friends fishing, camping, four wheeling, and working on anything with an engine. His greatest joy was his children.
Surviving are his mother, Christine (Howard) Hopewell, Lantz; children, Bailey and Hunter Thynne; sister, Lindsey Thynne (Matt Kelly), Moncton; step-brothers, Chris (Erin) Hopewell, Craig (Leah) Hopewell; step-sister, Keri (David) Creamer; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will take place from 6-10 pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Elmsdale Legion.
Donations may be made in his memory to the IWK. To have a donation card placed, please call Lindsay’s (902-798-2232).
