1925-2017
Donald Earle McLean, 92, of Jacksonville, NB, passed away at
URVH on February 22, 2017. Donald was born January 17, 1925
in Jacksontown, NB. He was the son of the late Miles McLean
and Nellie (Harris). Donald is survived by his children
Heather Lawson (Chris), Donna Tomah, Richard (Francess), Nancy Wood
(Wayne), Debra Wood (Myron), Barbara McLean, Sherry Bellefontaine
(Paul), Timothy ((Lorna), Steven (Mary), 26 grandchildren, 29 great
grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren. He is also survived by his
brother Angus (Carol) of Woodstock, ON.
He was predeceased by his wife Mildred, son, Christopher,
siblings, Alex, Myles, Christina, Helen, James, George, Irvine, and
Pauline.
Donald was a very spiritual, passionate man. He had
a strong work ethic. Donald loved to celebrate and dance at
family events. He served Jehovah as a loyal Witness, for
decades. He loved his community and neighbors, always ready
to lend a helping hand.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral
Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road on
Friday, February 24, 2017 between 7 to 9 PM.
Memorial Service to be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s
Witnesses, Townsview Drive, Woodstock NB, on Saturday, February 25,
2017 at 2 PM.
Donations may be made to Watch Tower Bible And Tract Society
of Canada or floral arrangements.
