Peacefully at Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Edgell Cochrane. He will be sadly missed by Mary-Lou Rankin. Dear father of Susan Murphy (Late Charles), Debbie O’Neil, Stephen (Jennifer Forward), Brenda Desautels, Karen Kleebaum (Tom) and Brent (Tracey Doran-Cochrane). Cherished grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at Kelly Funeral Home Barrhaven Chapel on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 12 Noon – 3:00 p.m. If you wish to make a donation in memory of Dawson, please consider the Canadian Cancer Society or the Hospice Care Ottawa.
