Passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, on Monday, August 21, 2017, in his 66th year. Loved husband of the late Ali Cruz. Beloved father of Shane Tranter (Jessie Colinares-Tranter). Cherished grandfather of Stella, Sophia and Emma. Dear brother of Julia Campbell and John Tranter (Janet). Uncle of Meghan (Daniel), Alex (Leslie) and great-uncle of Ruby and Ezra. David will also be missed by his very good friend Ron Green. Predeceased by his parents Lorna and William Tranter. Cremation has taken place with interment at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to Canadian Diabetes Association or McMaster Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
