David Markell
At the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday, October 22, 2017, David Markell of Morrisburg, age 70. Loving husband of Dorothy Markell (nee Farmer). Dear father of David Markell of Cornwall, Dianne Markell (Dan Daub) of Brockville, Kathy Patterson (Mark) of Brinston, Cindy Stewart (Chris) of Brinston, Ed Seeley (Cathy) of Morrisburg and Mike Seeley of Morrisburg. Dear brother of Betty Markell of Brinston, Lisa Beatson (David) of Glen Stewart and Penny Wright (John) of Cornwall. David will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Austin, Tyler, Kyle, Jeff, Amber, Kelly and great-granddaughter Emma. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Flossie Markell and his brother Jimmy. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A public graveside service will be held at Spruce Haven Cemetery in Brinston on Saturday, October 28th at 9:30 a.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
