Obituary for David Trask
Trask, David James – Joined his loving father, William Trask on November16, 2017 at the age of 54 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his soul mate Sharon Porter Trask, his special companions; Maggie May, Neptuno, Olivia and Willie. His mother and father in-law May and Stanley Porter, his sister in-law Goldie Porter.
His mother, Lossie Trask, special sister Karen( Kevin) Walker and sisters, Ann (John) Ball, Patricia (Doug) Goodyear, Sandra (Blue) Lake, Cathy and a large circle of special friends and co-workers.
Dave devoted his life to his family and work. After 30 years of service, he recently retired from Pennecon. During his working career Dave was highly respected for his devotion and dedication to his province wide customers. His friendly smile, kind and gentle demeanor touched the hearts of all that had the privilege of knowing him. His integrity and strength of character is what defined him.
Dave is resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., St. Johns. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Monday, from 7p.m. – 9p.m., on Tuesday from 2p.m. – 4p.m. and 7p.m. – 9p.m. Funeral Service 2PM on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017 from Portugal Cove United Church.
