PEMBERTON……

Born on September 29, 1937, in Newport Landing, Hants County, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Rupert and Winnifred (Lyon) Pemberton.
Dave had worked with the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission for over 28 years, retiring as Manager of the NSLC Store, Windsor. Dave had a green thumb and loved to work in his garden. He had coached baseball and was inducted into the Nova Scotia Baseball Hall of Fame. He enjoyed good laughs and a drink every now and then, his favourite was beer and tomato juice because he believed it wouldn’t give hangovers. Lois was the love of his life, he always talked about how he married her quick so she wouldn’t get away. He loved all of his children, and was always at the rink and ballfields with his boys supporting them and was their number one fan.
