Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Tuesday January 31, 2017, Cynthia (Hall) Tyo of Brockville aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Arthur Tyo. Loving mother of Stan Tyo (Susan) and mother -in- law of Georgina Tyo. Cherished grandmother of James Tyo, Jonathan Tyo (Tomoko), Krysta Bendo (Mike), Chris Tyo (Kim) and Lisa Chatterton (Paul). Cynthia will be sadly missed by all of her great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Robert Tyo, brothers Ridley, Robert and Stan Hall, sisters Nora Edwards, Ethel Hall, Amy Addison and Kathleen Clark.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Friday February 3, 2017 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday February 4, 2017 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In memory of Cynthia, donations to the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Brockville Palliative Care or the Alzheimer’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
