Obituary for Cory Lee Nickerson
With sadness we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Cory Lee Nickerson on Sunday, November 19, 2017, at the age of 37 years. Cory is survived by his children: son Jordan Swanson of Ontario, daughters Jasmine Nickerson of Shelburne, NS, and Emma Nickerson of Red Deer, AB; his mother Jacqueline Martin (Val) of Calgary, AB; brothers Curtis Nickerson (Trina) of Shelburne, NS, Christopher (Tawna) of Edmonton, AB, Brandon Thompson of Calgary; and sister Jacklyn McAllister (Kiley) of Red Deer, Alberta. Cory is formerly of South Side, Nova Scotia. Cory had a love for the outdoors; whenever you would visit with him you were sure to hear about his hunting trip or the last big game he had caught. We will always remember Cory for his wonderful sense of humor and his ability to make everyone around him laugh. Cory will live on in the faces of his children and in the hearts of all his family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Westlife Church (32242 Township Rd 245, Calgary, AB) on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11:00 am.
