It is with great sadness we announce the death of Neil (Cornelis) Jacabus Klop. He died peacefully in the presence of his family at the Montfort Hospital on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the age of 92 years. Dearly loved husband of Minnie Klop. Dear father of Anja, Marieke (France), Carla (Bill) and Neil (Linda). Loving grandfather of Kevin (Sally), Dean (Nathalie), Keith (Sonia), Kerri (Olivia), Marshall (Caroline), Christy (J.P.), Chad (Dana), Joshua (Leanne), Craig (Shauna), Jaime (Steven), Karen (Derrick) and Casey (Natasha). Great-grandfather to 19. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 6 – 8:00p.m. Funeral Service in St. David & St. Martin Presbyterian Church, 444 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa on Thursday, June 8 at 11:00a.m. with a Reception to follow. Interment in Capital Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
