Colwill, Mabel Georgeina – suddenly at QHC-Belleville General Hospital on Thursday, January 26th, 2017 in her 82nd year. Daughter of the late William and Winnifred Tuck. Beloved wife of the late Grayden Colwill. Loving mother of Linda (Ralph) Walker of Corbyville, David (Lenna) Smith, Cheryl (Roger) Smith both of Plainfield, the late Robert Smith and step-mother of Joan (Ken), Jack (Dorothy) and Helen. Cherished Nanny Sweetie Pies of Deidre (Gavin) Munro, Kimberley (Randy) Skalba, Alicia Smith (Cody), Amanda Smith, Sydney Smith (Jenna), Michael Smith and Pamela (Andrew) Gibson. Great Nanny Pies of Owen Munro, Brooklyn Skalba, Caleb and Mason Smith-English and Sophie and Ava Gibson. Dear sister of Dorothy Mays of Belleville and sister-in-law of Glen Hamilton, Joan Tuck and Michelle Tuck. Mabel is predeceased by her sister, Margaret Hamilton and by her brothers, Albert, Ernie, Ralph and Robert Tuck. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, close friends and extended family. The family will receive friends at the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West (613-968-2273) on Sunday, January 29th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, January 30th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from noon until the time of service. Interment to follow at Belleville Cemetery. If desired, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
