Obituary for Clarence Joseph Wilhelm
Clarence Joseph Wilhelm, of RR 1 Walkerton passed away on Thursday, December 14th, 2017 at Hanover & District Hospital in his 89th year.
He was survived by his brother and long-time friend Joseph Wilhelm, brother-in-law Henry Rempel and dear friend Rose Yuke. He will also be remembered by his many nieces and nephews, the Wootton family – Bill (Adel), Denise (Jim), Bob (Lynn), Debbie (Neil) and Deanna; the Rempel family – Alex (Patty), Allan (Linda), Rick, Cindy and Shelley (John) and Wilhelm family – J.C. (Lori) and Carla as well as by many grand nieces and nephews and several great grand nieces and nephews.
Clarence was predeceased by his sisters Florence (Moon) Wootton and Rita Rempel, brother Jack Wilhelm and parents John and Sarah (Kastner) Wilhelm.
Clarence farmed in Walkerton for 80 years, never giving up on what he loved, which also included socializing, dancing and playing cards.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 18th, 2017 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton (221 Victoria Street) Rev. Andrew Quarshie officiating.
Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton.
