Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday December 27, 2017. Chuck Holden, beloved husband of Dorothy, was in his 81st year.
Dear father of Chuck and Cathy (Don).
Proud grandfather of Andrew, Michelle and the late Derek.
Great grandfather of Ayven, Matthew and Amelia.
Chuck will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Sunday December 31, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
A Lion’s service of tribute will follow in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. continuing with a celebration of Chuck’s life immediately after.
If desired, memorial donations to Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation, Community Mental Health Association or the Sundridge Lion’s Club would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
