Obituary of Charlotte Warren
Charlotte Anne Warren
September 15 – October 28 2017
“If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever”
Charlotte Anne came into this world at Winchester Memorial Hospital on Friday September 15th at 2:54 am to Tom and Anne-Marie Warren, of Spencerville. She weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce and was 20.8 inches long. She was the most beautiful baby girl, with a full head of dark hair like her daddy and the biggest brown eyes. Her favorite place to be was snuggled up on mommy.
On her 44th day, Charlotte Anne passed away peacefully in her parents’ arms at Roger Neilson House. During her brief time here, Charlotte touched many lives and was loved by all who met her.
Remembering and loving her always will be her parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers and staff at Winchester Memorial Hospital, Ottawa General Hospital, CHEO’s NICU department and Roger Neilson House, for your care and compassion through a very difficult time.
Donations can be made to Roger Neilson House in memory of Charlotte Anne Warren.
