Age 77, of Chester Grant, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 7, 2017 in Dartmouth General Hospital.
Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Marie Hull.
A wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to crochet and was an avid reader. She will always be remembered for her kind heart and contagious laughter.
She will be missed by daughters, Annette (Robert) Clarke, Benton, Ar; Lisa (Gerry) O’Keefe, Cow Bay; sons, Todd, Chester Grant and Frank, Halifax; grandchildren, Philip, Michael, Christina, Rachelle, Alexandrea, Jennifer, Ashley; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Suzanne Isaacs, Chester; estranged brother, Andrew Hull; and nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband of 52 years, Alfred and her son, William Herbert Beals.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, April 13 at Royal Canadian Legion #88, Chester Basin, Nova Scotia. Interment will take place at a later date in Lawn, Newfoundland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist in bringing her home to rest with her husband.
