CARTER, Catherine-
God has taken her peacefully home on Friday, November 24, 2017. Predeceased by her husband Arthur
Carter. Catherine is survived by her sisters Celine Watson (Steve Watson) of Toronto and Justine Caesar Henry
(Lawrence Henry) of St. Lucia. She will be missed by her niece Tabula Caesar (Ken Van Winkle) and nephews John Caesar (Diane Caesar) and Dexter Watson (Cindy Watson), Her great nieces and nephews, Forest Van Winkle, Celeste Van
Winkle, Isaiah Caesar, Carys Watson, Everleigh Watson and Andrew and Jared Van Winkle.
May she rest in peace.
