SWAN HUMBER, Carolyn Ann
Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Saturday November 25th, 2017. Carolyn (Johnson) Swan Humber of Brockville aged 74 years. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Humber. Loving mother of Blake Swan of Ottawa and Dale Swan of Brockville. Cherished grandmother of Chelsea and Colton Swan. Dear sister of Sandra Gibson, Pat Johnson, Susan Belanger, Bob and David Johnson and Cathy Hutton. Daughter of the late Scotty and Marion (O’Connor) Johnson
By request, a Private Family Service will be held at a later date. In memory of Carolyn donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
