Hanson, Carol Mary – Age 72 of Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown and formerly of Digby, passed away March 18, 2017 in the Lodge. Born in Doucetteville, Digby Co. she was a daughter of the late Charles Richard and Annie Lucille (Melanson) Amero. She was a 38 year member of The Digby East Fish and Game Association, member of Royal Canadian Ladies Auxillary, Branch # 20, Digby and a 25 year volunteer of Ducks Unlimited, Canada. She was an avid Bingo player and loved doing jigsaw puzzles.
