SPAFFORD: Bruce Kenneth –
A resident of Chatham, Bruce Spafford passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus with his family at his side on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the age of 67.
Born in Waterville, QC, Bruce was the son of the late Kenneth and Helen (Wattie) Spafford.
Beloved husband of 27 years to Dianne Thompson.
Loving father of Christopher Spafford of Chatham.
Proud grandfather of Aiden and Logan Spafford.
Dear brother to Malcolm Spafford (Gloria) of Woodstock, New Brunswick and Heather Caswell (Bruce) of Ottawa. Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Bruce had a love for model railroading and photography. He had a keen interest in genealogy, and spent his later years researching his family tree.
Cremation has taken place with a Memorial Service to be held in Waterville, QC at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Bruce to the Foundation of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance would be appreciated.
