Brenda Martha MacEachern
1960-2017
Brenda passed peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit at the
Moncton City Hospital on Saturday December 16th, 2017 with her loved
ones by her side.
Born in Inverness, NS on May 31st, 1960 to Hermine
(VanVolsen) and Archie Dan MacEachern.
Brenda spent most of her adult life as a care giver as her
profession was perfectly befitting to her personality.
Brenda’s love and loyalty to her family and friends was
unconditional and never ending. She touched the hearts of everyone who
knew her with her sense of humour, smile, generosity, inclusiveness,
mischievous personality, love of nature and animals, free spirit and
inner beauty. After being diagnosed in February Brenda traveled west
with her soul mate Craig visiting her son Thomas and enjoying the
breathtaking scenery along the way. She made a spiritual journey to
Saint-Anne-de-Beaupre blessing her with the strength and dignity to
move forward courageously. She was delighted to get home to Inverness
spending time at the beach, enjoying outdoor concerts, hanging outwith
family and friends. She thoroughly enjoyed her week with Craig and the
kids at a beautiful rustic cabin on the banks of
Inverness.
Left to honour and cherish Brenda’s memory are her
son Thomas, soul mate Craig, step children Matthew, Carla (Bradley)
and grandchildren Bryanna and Owen. Brenda’s siblings Joanie
(Don), Anne (Walter), Frank (Linda), Rick(Florence), Marion(Barry),
