It is with extreme sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of G. W. “Bill” Bouris, on December 27, 2017 at the age of 77 years. Adoring husband and loved partner of Debbi (Barber). Predeceased by parents Michael and Ruby Bouris and sister Starr. Loved by son Michael (Solanna), grandson Gabriel and daughter Amy. Dear brother of George (Maureen), Michael (Peggy), Maureen (Gary), Peter (Linda), Deanne (Bruce), and John (Beaty). He will be sadly missed by extended family and many friends. Bill was a proud member of the RCAF Maritime Air Group as a Radio Flying Officer at 404 Squadron, Greenwood, N.S. After his military service, he graduated from the MBA program at the University of Western Ontario and went on to have a very successful real estate career, for over 40 years, in the London area. During his life, his search for a warm climate led to a love of world travel, good food and good wine, which he shared with his loving wife Debbi. He will be missed for his big heart, genuine smile and his ready wit. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 12:00-1:00 p.m., followed by a service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Meals on Wheels or a charity of your choice.
