Blain, James – peacefully at his residence on Thursday, August 24th 2017, in his 85th year. Son of the late Herbert and Helen Blain. Beloved husband of the late Marie Blain. Dear friend of Agnes Westover. Stepfather of Marilyn (Rodney) Dafoe of Wooler, Bill (Sandra) Morton of Glen Ross, and predeceased by Doreen Embury. Dearly loved by grandchildren, Lisa, Katie, Richard, Justin, Matt, Cody and 2 great grandchildren Kayden and Jayda. Funeral arrangements in the care of Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street W. Belleville (613-968-2273). Cremation has taken place. A private inurnment will be held at Stirling Cemetery at a later date. If desired, Memorial donations to Belleville General Hospital Oncology Department would be appreciated.
