It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Beverly Ann Kelso at the Halifax Infirmary, QEII Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, November 25th, 2017. Bev was born in Digby, to Budd and Helen (Brady) Boyce on August 9, 1956.

She was married to the love of her life Doug, for 38 years.

In addition to her husband, Doug, “EEB” is survived by her “boys”, David (Kylie), Saskatoon, SK and Sean, Edmonton, AB, whom she adored; her precious little man, grandson Arie. Left to mourn also is her brother, Patrick Boyce, Vancouver; sister-in-law Brenda Ellison, Meadowvale, NS; brother-in-law Brian Kelso, Nanaimo, BC; nephew Jason Ellison, Dartmouth; niece Julie (Wendell) Robicheau, Edmonton; also her grand-nephews Logan and Andy Robicheau, Edmonton. Bev lived most of her life in Edmonton where she and Doug raised their family.

She was employed with the Alberta Government until retirement, when they moved to Nictaux, Nova Scotia five years ago. She was a member of the Nictaux

Firettes. A Memorial Service will be held in the Nictaux Baptist Church on

Thursday, November 30, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Bill McLeod officiating.

A reception for family and friends will follow the service in the Church Hall. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Nictaux & District Fire Department or a charity of choice.
