Obituary for Beatrice Campbell
Beatrice passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at the Bluewater Rest Home in Zurich, on Saturday, September 2, 2017. Born in Tuckersmith Township on February 2, 1920, Annie May Beatrice Campbell (née Walters) of McKillop Township, was in her 98th year.
Beloved wife of the late Allan Campbell (Oct. 1993). Loving mother of Brian and Carol Ann of Winthrop, Robert and Ruth of Seaforth, Ronald and Darlene of London and Sheila and Vince Nicol of London. Cherished Grandma of 12, Great-Grandma of 23, and Great-Great-Grandma of four. Dear sister of Lloyd Walters of Exeter and Eileen Culver of Brantford. Beatrice will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by her husband Allan, granddaughter Kaitlyn Ann Nicol, parents Frank and Ila (née Townsend) Walters, sisters Amy Horne (Don), Dorothy Twyford (George), and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Walters and Murray Culver.
Visitation will be held at McGlynn Family Funeral Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Tuesday, September 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service to celebrate Beatrice’s life will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, September 6th at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Maitlandbank Cemetery followed by a reception at Cavan United Church in Winthrop.
