Peacefully surrounded by family at the Osgoode Care Center on Thursday February 16, 2017, Betty Daley (Thompson) at the age of 86. Beloved wife for 66 years of Michael Daley. Cherished mother of Marie Petersen, Michael, Barbara (John Carmichael), Barry (Paul Legault), Dennis, Lynn (Anne), Marc, Mary Lou Quenneville, Teresa Jane (Ken Snider) and Sean (Sharalyn). Loving and devoted grandmother of 21 and great-grandmother of 6. Sister to Aletha (late Keith Beetham, late Albert Carroll), Leonard (late Madeline), Gerald (Muriel), Bob (Margaret), Delbert (Patricia) and the late Gilbert (late Eleanor), Vincent (late Viola), Bonnie (late Eric Moore), Peggy (Bill Brady), Clayton, Ken (Teresa), Edward and Donald (late Barbara). Always remembered by many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, (6971 Bank Street between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 1-4 & 6-9 pm on Monday. Funeral Tuesday to St. John the Evangelist Church, 2546 Stagecoach Rd. Enniskerry for Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations to the Osgoode Care Centre, 7650 Snake Island Rd. Metcalfe, ON K0A 2P0 would be appreciated.
