Barrie Wayne Brooker, late of Fort Saskatchewan, AB, formerly of Oakville, MB, left us to go fishing on May 29, 2017 at the age of 75 years. He is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 49 years, Laurette; his daughter, Mona (Darren) Boutin of Fort Saskatchewan, and his son, Jerry Brooker of Sherwood Park; his grandchildren, Darcy of Fort Saskatchewan, and Shaun of Edmonton; as well as one sister, Sharon (Dave) Barker of Cochrane, AB. He will be remembered fondly by other family and dear friends. Barrie is now in the presence of his parents, Walter and Irene Brooker and his son, Dennis. A family gathering will be held in Manitoba…
