Barbara Horwill
Peacefully, with her loving family beside her, at home, after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday September 15, 2017 at the age of 79 years. Barbara Horwill (nee Ward) of Pembroke beloved wife for 57 years of Douglas Horwill. Loved and cherished mother to Gary, Brenda and Blair (Lisa) and the late Brian Horwill. Much loved grandmother to Melissa, Jeffrey and Brandon. Great grandmother to Kailey and Brayden. Dear sister of Margaret Fellows and sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Barbara is predeceased by her sister Paula Whitlock. Friends are invited to share their memories of Barbara with her family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday September 20 at 10:30 a.m. in the Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke.
