Passed away peacefully on December 15, 2017 in her 96th year. Dear mother of Gail Pilgrim(Vince), Patty Westever, Linda Woods, Susanna Smith(Steve) and mother in law of Barry Vincent and Cindy Unsworth. Loving grandma of Geoff Pilgrim, Megan Mattie(Jody), Emmalee Glover(Jamie), Stephanie El-Achhab(Joe), Andrew Unsworth(Petra), and Jack Smith(Taylor). Great grandma of Georgia and Mitchell Glover, Lilly Pilgrim, Bryn Mattie, and Bellamy Smith. She is predeceased by her husband of 71 years Alfred Sale(2011), daughter Andrea(2004), son Sam(2014), and infant son Danny(1946). Audrey will be fondly remembered by all for her sharp wit, delicious baking, fierce independence, and love of animals. Cremation has taken place. A private family service and interment will be held at a later date. In memory of Audrey, donations can be made to the Hamilton /Burlington SPCA.
