Life Story for Arthur Turner
Arhtur J. Turner was a teacher for 26 years. He never boasted of his education. He loved to play the guitar and sing praises to the Lord. He was a humble and loving man, he always brought laughter into the room. Arthur never spoke badly about anyone, and he always told his family to forgive and forget, and to show love and kindness. Arthur was raising his 8 grandchildren whom he loved and cared for, Sabo, Korah, Zeph, Jeshua, Cashius, Israelah, Wilson, and Romeo. All of his grandchildren knew him as “Dad”. He had three daughters, all of whom he constantly prayed for. Arthur raised them to love the Lord and asked them to come to church. He was so proud to see his son graduate. He loved to travel with his wife, Susan, whom he loved dearly. She was his traveling companion. He called her Susie Snowflake, Susie my darling, and Susie Q. They spoke of and traveled to camp meetings near and far. Arthur had a big family, with four brothers and six sisters. He spoke often of them because he cared for each of them very much. He never spoke badly of any of them. He only had two siblings remaining but he had respect for each of them, he even referred to one of them as his twin.
