Peacefully, with family by his side at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa on Sunday, December 24, 2017 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Marie for 64 years. Loving father of Gary and his wife Robbin, Daniel and his wife Lesley, James and his wife Lori and Paul and his wife Patti. Devoted pops and poppa to Jill, Matthew, Tove, Adrian, Kattie, Jake, Michael, Joseph and Meghan and great-poppa to 9. Dear brother of Audrey Little, Jean Carter and the late Helen Ireland, Patrick, Francis and Hubert Armstrong and Aileen Aubrey. Will be sadly missed by his brother-in-law Ron and his wife Barb Morin and family. A Memorial Mass will be held at CHURCH OF ST. GREGORY THE GREAT, 194 Simcoe St. N, on Friday January 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
