Obituary for Anne Marie Sutherland
Sutherland, Anne Marie (nee Boyle)
Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Friday, October 27, 2017. Predeceased by her beloved husband John. Dear mother of Helen (Gregg) Husband, Barbara (Chris) LoPresti, and Christine (Scott) Herring. Loving grandmother of Christopher (Shannon), Lauren, Mark, Maddison, Heather (Chris Hyde), John, Stephen, Daniel, Bryan, Megan, Gavin, Shaelyn, and Chantel. Predeceased by her sister Helen Sullivan. She will be missed by the extended Sutherland family, and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at the Carrington Place Retirement Residence and St. Joseph’s Hospital for their care and compassion.
Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME (796 Upper Gage Ave.) on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Ann’s Parish (11 Wilson St. W., Ancaster) on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
