Life Legacy
CLARK, Allan Robert – Passed away in peace, surrounded by his loving family, at St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday November 22, 2017 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of 57 years to Jenny (nee Dubeau). Loving father of Vivian (Steve) Murdza, Sylvia Clark and Alana Clark (Mitch Ethier). A very proud grandpa of Nigel (Kristen) Murdza, Jordan (Lauren) Murdza, Evan Murdza (Kassidy Greenside), Fiona Press and Jackson Press. Love in his heart for his five great-grandchildren; Ruby, Angie, Logan, Abram and Ariya. Allan was born in Haileybury, ON and lived most of his life in Northern Ontario. As a young man, he spent 3 years in the RCAF, following which, he began his career with Ontario Northland Telecommunications in New Liskeard, North Bay and Timmins. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion of South Porcupine for many years, including a period of time serving as President. Upon retiring from ONR, he and Jenny moved to Niagara Falls. Throughout his lifetime, Allan loved reading, fishing, golfing and was very passionate about watching hockey. Allan possessed extreme wit, charm and intelligence, and gladly displayed these qualities through his never ending sayings, songs and storytelling. A very special thank you to the staff of the Oncology Medicine wing at the St. Catharines General Hospital for their care and support. In keeping with Allan’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls. Online condolences and full obituary at www.pattersonfuneralhome.com
