Passed away peacefully at Shalom Manor on Friday, March 3, 2017 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Colin for 58 years. Loving mother of Andrew (Janice) and the late Lisa Stoehr (survived by Chris). Doting Nana of Nick (Jessica), Derek (Julia), Samantha and Glen. Great-nana of Cameron, Morgan, Lillian, Nora and Penelope. Predeceased by her brother Ian Bathgate (Phyllis). Special thanks to the Shalom Manor nursing staff for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering will be held at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. with Tributes at 1 p.m. for anyone wishing to say a few words. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the West Lincoln Memorial Auxiliary would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
