On Thursday, December 1, 2016 Alan Edward Sims passed away peacefully at the age of 84 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years Janet; four daughters: Barbara (Keith) Dundas, Catherine (Bill) Armstrong, Karen (Russell) Campbell, Michelle Sims (Rob Laurin); nine grandchildren; two sisters: Beryl (Harry) Borris, Caryl (Warwick) Parker, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Alan was predeceased by his parents: Maurice and Madge and sister Gwen.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 1:00 pm at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 11111-57 Avenue, Edmonton, AB.
Memorial donations in Alan’s name may be made directly to a charity of one’s choice.
