It is with great sadness that the families of Agnes Philomena Gaslard announce her sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in Corner Brook, NL, on Thursday, July 27th, 2017, at the age of 73 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 53 years John Sr, her sons; John Jr (Rose), Percy (Lisa), & Darren (Betty Ann), her daughter; Tracy (Brian), her grandchildren Shantal, Jasmine, Austin, Kaleb, & Katie, her brothers; Frank (Eileen), Vincent (Olive), Norbert (Lauren), Ben (Audrey), step brother; John (Eliza), her sisters; Julia, Gertrude (Melvin), step sister; Veronica, the Mahar family. Wi sisters, Agnes was predeceased by her son; Derick Gaslard, her parents, & her brothers & sisters. Also a large circle of extended family, friends, and especially her good friend; Stella Mailman who was always there for her.
The family will be receiving family and friends at the Roman Catholic Church in Port Au Choix, NL, on Saturday, July 29th, 2017, from the hours of 2-4 & 8:30 – 10:00 pm where also the Funeral mass of Christian burial will take place on Sunday, July 30th, 2017, at 2:00 pm,with Father Raj officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the church cemetery at Sandy Cove.
