Au CHUL, le 16 novembre 2017, à l’âge de 92 ans, est décédée dame Adrienne Breton, épouse de monsieur Jean-Marc Gagné. Elle demeurait à Québec.
Elle laisse dans le deuil, outre son époux Jean-Marc; ses enfants : Charlotte (Louis Santerre), Michel, Roger (Anne Guérin), Louis (Sandrine Donkers), ses petits-enfants : Geneviève, André, Éric, Audréanne et Alexandre, ses arrière-petits-enfants: Charles-Antoine et Juliette, sa sœur Estelle (Jean Gagnon), ses beaux-frères et belles-sœurs de la famille Gagné ainsi que ses neveux, nièces autres parents et ami(e)s.
La famille remercie tout le personnel du CHUL pour les bons soins prodigués.
En sa mémoire, vos témoignages de sympathies peuvent se traduire par l’offrande d’une rose. Un vase sera placé près de l’urne pour recevoir votre rose.
