Patricia Albertine Evans passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at the age of 56.
She will be lovingly remembered by her wife Jana Brabenec, father Anthony Evans, step mother Betty Evans, daughter Kerri Gantly, son Sean Gantly, brother Kevin Evans, good friends Dawn and Louise Grace as well as many extended family and friends.
As per Pat’s request there will be no funeral service.
