Life Legacy
BOCCALON, Elda Mary (nee Casarsa) Peacefully on Friday, December 29, 2017 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Celso. Reunited with her infant daughter Mary. Predeceased by her parents Luigi and Genoveffa Casarsa. Loving sister and sister-in-law of Nellie Casarsa, Sylvia and the late Alec Foster, the late Guido and the late Kathleen Casarsa, the late Nella Zucchet, the late Vittoria and the late Giovanni Bagnariol, Sante and the late Maria Muzzin. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends in Canada and Italy. Elda was a proud long-time member of the Venetian Club and the Ladies Venetian Club. A special thank you to the staff at Idlewyld Manor Oakwood Residence for their care and compassion. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street E. on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Anthony of Padua Church on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated. Forever in our Hearts
