Obituary Overview
In loving memory
God called Cristina peacefully on December 28th at the age of 90. She is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband of almost 65 years, Nicola. Cherished by her dear children Giuliana (Mario Franceschini), Umberto (predeceased) Angela D’Antonio (Joe Manno). Proud Nonna to Luciano (Tiziana Franceschini), Cristina (Dino Renna), Piero Franceschini (Mary D’Alessandro), Nick (Alicia D’ Antonio), and Natalie (Joe Lorefice). Loving Bis-Nonna to Federica, Milena, Serena, Martina, Federico, Angelo, Robert, and Alessio. There is no greater bond, then that of a sister, as she will be missed deeply by her brother’s Oscar (Elodia Caravaggio), Benny (Sabiucce Caravaggio), Carlo (Nicoletta Caravaggio), and Cristina’s only sister Adelina (Nicola Caravaggio). Visitation will take place at the Glendale Funeral Home in Etobicoke, (1810 Albion Rd. 416-679-1803) on Friday December 29, 2017 from 2-7 p.m. The Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday December 30th, 2017 at 12 p.m., in the Glendale Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion & Hwy 27). The family wishes to extend great thanks during this most difficult time.
